“I came from an electrical distributor for 8 years, Mountain Valley Electric was one of my customers, to be truthful one of my biggest customers. My relationship with Zach ( Owner ) and Matt ( assistant and project manager ) has been great over the recent years. From the perspective of a distributor MVE's organization, accuracy, and patience was second to none. I have dealt with many persistent, unorganized, rude electrical contractors which were very difficult and made for very long days because sometimes when you're invested in your work you tend to take some of it personally.
As an employee of MVE and coming from a previous electrical distributor position was a really smooth transition. Zach and Matt gave me any tool I needed and any support I needed to quickly bring me up to speed on the bidding aspect this job requires. I am thoroughly impressed with the work environment, the staff, and all the great employees under the umbrella. MVE is willing to do anything for their employees , even in personal situations just to see their employees succeed. Everyone knows when you feel appreciated you want to work that much harder for your employer, as is the case here at MVE.
As MVE's inside salesman I watched Zach start from a small 3 man crew to where he is today, in a matter of years. I am still at awe at the size of some of the projects he has done. With that being said if anyone deserves greatness, Zach and Matt do through all the countless 14 hour days they put in to get this company where it stands today.
